We had so much fun with Nicole + Ryan! Their laughter and giddy smiles were absolutely unmatched. I first met Nicole while attending college at Northwest Nazarene University in good old Nampa, Idaho. We both studied business and ended up in a lot of the same classes. While I cannot say I enjoyed Accounting 101 (more like hated it), I did enjoy getting to know Nicole. When Nicole reached out to me about wedding and engagement photos, I was so excited!
Nicole and Ryan actually got engaged on the same day that David and I got married…so it was meant to be right? As soon as we returned home from our honeymoon in the amazing Cancun, Mexico, I met up with Nicole for coffee to chat more. Being the incredibly smart and organized person that she is, she already knew exactly what she wanted and told me all about their wedding plans. I can’t wait for next June at the beautiful White Barn At Happy Valley.
Nicole and Ryan both love the mountains and evergreen trees. They even got engaged in northern Idaho in Coeur d’Alene. That’s how we ended up in Idaho City for their engagement photos, which turned out to be absolutely beautiful! I had heard of Idaho City frequently, but never made a trip up there myself. I’m glad we did, because this will definitely be a location favorite for couples wanting that mountain feel and look with only a 45 minute drive outside of Boise.
