Willowbridge Lakeside Wedding – Eagle Idaho

This Willowbridge Lakeside wedding in Eagle, Idaho was an absolute dream! My husband David and I actually got married at Willowbridge exactly one year ago (yesterday), so needless to say, the venue is very near and dear to our hearts. This wedding was unlike many of our weddings because usually, we get the chance to meet the bride and groom at a consultation before the wedding, and we get to know them even better during their engagement session. This is something we stress, because we love walking into the wedding day feeling like the couple knows us and is comfortable with us!

However, because Holly and Michael live in Utah, we were unable to meet them in person before the day of their wedding. Besides a couple Facetime calls with Holly, we had little interaction with them before the big day. But, the minute we walked in on the wedding day, we felt like long lost friends! Holly and Michael were so hilarious, friendly, and inviting. They made us laugh all day long. It felt like hanging out with good friends, rather than working!

This interaction alone speaks true to the testament of the people that they are. There was a present peace between them as they vowed to become husband and wife. Their friends and family surrounded them with so much joy and celebration for their commitment to each other. Everyone shared that separately, they are amazing people, but together, as a couple, they are the best they can possibly be. They truly found “their person” in each other.

Holly and Michael, thank you for letting us be a part of your wedding day! It is one that we will always look back on with joy! We loved getting to know you and celebrate with you. We wish you all the best in your marriage and in your life together! p.s. Let us know when you’re back in Boise!
