Intimate Still Water Hollow Wedding

This intimate Still Water Hollow wedding was absolutely beautiful. Zach and Hayley were one of many couples this year whose wedding plans were affected by Covid-19. Originally, they planned to have a large May wedding at Still Water Hollow with all of their family and friends. Given the current circumstances, they were no longer able to do that, but they decided to continue forward and have their wedding on a smaller scale. Their family joined them for a sweet, intimate Still Water Hollow wedding.

In the midst of planning their wedding, Zach and Hayley have also been in the process of building their first home together. They knew they wanted to have the chance to meet their new neighbors and invite friends to come see their new home. After their ceremony and dinner concluded, they headed back to their house to throw a driveway party for friends and neighbors!

A special appearance was made by Sound Wave Events, a local DJ company. After Covid hit the community, they came up with an ingenious idea! With parties, weddings, and events being cancelled and postponed, they decided to create a mobile DJ truck that brings the party straight to you! They have been throwing block parties for special occasions over the last few months as people have been unable to celebrate as they originally planned. There’s nothing like dancing like crazy in your own front yard to bring encouragement and spread hope! Donations for their block parties go toward paying their DJs who have been unable to work their normally scheduled events. What a sweet idea!

David and I were so honored to be a part of this special day. Zach and Hayley, you will certainly have a story to tell your children one day about the craziness of your wedding planning and everything that was thrown your way. But regardless, you are now husband and wife and that is what matters most! Congratulations you two! 🙂
