White Willow Estate Wedding

We absolutely loved capturing Rachel and Kaylob’s beautiful White Willow Estate wedding! Most of the couple’s wedding guests were visiting from out of town, so they wanted to be sure to show off Idaho. They certainly picked the right wedding venue to showcase all of Boise’s natural beauty when they chose White Willow Estate! White Willow Estate is a gorgeous riverfront property along the Boise River in Star, Idaho. Its vast acreage, white fence lined driveways, horse pastures, and enormous trees are a dream for any wedding venue. The reception area comes ready with bistro lights strung throughout the trees and an extensive water feature. With getting ready suites on site, this venue is sure to be one of our new favorites after shooting there for the first time this year.

When we first met with Rachel and Kaylob, we knew that they were the type of couple that would pay attention to every little detail. Being detail oriented myself, I love when couples take the time to carefully think through every piece of their wedding! The couple’s reception featured design elements that showcased their roots in an elegant, chic way. They provided a collection of antlers to be decorated by The Outdoor Florist for their reception tablescapes. Their rustic wood sweetheart table, provided by Rustique Rentals, featured stunning flower arrangements and Rachel’s passed Grandfather’s flag.

Capital Occasions did an amazing job bringing Rachel and Kaylob’s vision to life and coordinating the day. The couple created a relaxed, fun atmosphere for their reception with Whimsical Wagons Mobile Bar (fashioned out of a horse trailer), cornhole, and even a full on game of kickball! Rachel and Kaylob even thought to bring drink koozies from their favorite band, whose concert they got engaged during!
