Sami and Jordan’s glowy fall engagement session was so beautiful! There’s nothing like fall in Boise with the changing leaves and cooler temps. It’s the best! When picking a location for their engagement session, Sami and Jordan wanted a spot by the river in Boise. I took my scouting buddy, Murphy the Mini Sheepadoodle, for a walk and we found the perfect spot for their fall engagement session!
Sami and Jordan met each other while they were in college at Boise State. They have now been together for 3 years! When it came time to propose, Jordan wanted to completely surprise her. He specifically asked the jeweler not to send any mail to their house, so that she wouldn’t get suspicious. Naturally, Sami went to get the mail one day, and there was a huge envelope in the mail from said jeweler. So, she started asking questions and her suspicions grew. In order to throw her off his scent, he bought her a necklace from the same jeweler!
When he gave Sami the necklace, her suspicions of a ring went away. So, in the end, he was able to totally surprise her with a beautiful proposal at a winery in California. Can I just say, win win for Sami? A necklace and an engagement ring?
They are now building a house together in Boise and planning their September wedding at Sandstone Vineyards. We can’t wait to capture their day!
