We had so much fun celebrating Jessica and JT at their Summer Honalee Farm Wedding! This sweet couple celebrated their love with their friends and family, and we were so thrilled to be a part of it!
Jess and JT’s love story started with a blind date! While they were supposed to be hanging out with mutual friends, the friends invited each of them to come along. In reality, it was a setup! If you’ve been hanging around our blog for a while, you might remember some of the story! We shared a little bit more after Jess and JT’s Fall Pumpkin Patch Engagement! Over time, Jess and JT got to know each other, and wanted to pursue a relationship together.
One thing that we loved about Jess and JT’s story is their intentionality in their relationship.
In our business, we believe in not just photographing dreamy weddings, but encouraging strong marriages that last well beyond the wedding day.
We believe a great step towards that can just start with conversations with couples who have strong marriages. For Jess and JT, that came in the form of pre-marital counseling! It was so fun hearing their longtime friend, and officiant, talk about their premarital counseling and the way they prepared for marriage well before their wedding day. These two are already equipped with some amazing relational skills, and we know they are going to crush it as husband and wife!
