Mady and Ty’s Elegant Cottage at Riverbend Wedding was everything you dream of in a wedding day! These two are so madly in love! They were so excited to get married to one another. They worked hard to plan every meticulous detail. And to top it all off, they had the sweetest group of friends and family to celebrate the day with them. It was truly the perfect wedding day. We are so glad we got to be a part of it!
We met Mady and Ty at their Elegant Boise Foothills Engagement session! If you’re sensing a theme with the titles here, it’s because these two can bring the elegance! We loved spending a spring afternoon with them last year, and were immediately counting down the days until their wedding.
And was it ever worth the wait!
There are so many moments from their day that caught our attention. I wish I could talk about them all – from the sweetest ceremony exit, amazing toasts, and a beautiful brother-sister special dance. But two really caught our eye, and we were lucky enough to be the only two that witnessed them!
They started the day with a sweet first look and vow reading. It was such a heartfelt, intimate moment that we looked at each other and thought “Should we even be here right now?” It was so meaningful, and set the tone for the two of them to share their love with one another. The other moment happened at the very end of the night. They sent their guests to get ready for the grand exit, and shared one final last dance – just the two of them. They enjoyed time together as they got to soak up the last moments of their wedding day.
What we really loved was the parallel of these moments to marriage! While the wedding day is so beautiful and fun, it is those moments of intimacy, when you are alone just the two of you, that make all the difference in your marriage. Mady and Ty, we are so confident you two are going to have a long and happy marriage. We can’t wait to root you two on as you step into this next season. We love you two, and will be praying for you as you start this journey together!
