Macy & Ethan’s Timeless Chateau des Fleurs Wedding just may have set a new record for most tears of joy shed! It was so sweet to witness the joy shared between these two and their families as they tied the knot. It was literally overflowing from everyone throughout the whole day, and it was our joy to capture the day for them! From Boise, to Alaska and beyond, friends and family gathered to celebrate Macy & Ethan.
We met Macy and Ethan last summer at their Summer Orchard Engagement Session. We knew from the moment we met they were going to be so fun and easy to celebrate! These high school sweethearts met in Alaska, and came to Boise for college. Through moving away from family and their home state, they grew closer to one another and knew they wanted to spend forever together!
One thing we definitely remember from their engagement session is that it was HOT! Almost exactly one year later, their wedding day was also a bit toasty. Thankfully, we were lucky enough to celebrate them at the gorgeous Chateau des Fleurs! We took advantage of the gorgeous architecture (and air conditioning!) which fit so perfectly with Macy and Ethan’s elegant vision for the day!
And it was just the most perfect day celebrating the love these two share!
From the sweetest first look, all the way through a private last dance, there wasn’t a dry eye in the whole place! We even may have gotten in on shedding a few tears during their heartfelt ceremony. Something about a bride and groom becoming husband and wife, and sharing their love for one another always gets us! I guess we are in the right profession!
Macy and Ethan, thank you so much for letting us capture your day! You two have already come a long way together! Becoming husband and wife will be the sweetest next chapter in the journey you two are sharing.
