RJ and Makinze’s Boise Military Reserve engagement session in the Boise foothills was an unforgettable experience for all of us! This year, we had a late spring, and the trees were just beginning to bloom in time for their session. It was so nice to finally see some color after a long, cold winter! The Boise foothills provided the perfect backdrop for their engagement photos. We couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
What made this session extra special was the fact that we know RJ and Makinze from serving with them at a young adult ministry at our church called The Porch! The Porch has been a huge part of our lives over the last 2 years. When Makinze reached out about capturing their wedding, we were so excited! It’s always an honor to photograph people we know. We are so thrilled that they asked us to capture their engagement photos.
During the session, we explored different areas of the Boise foothills, finding hidden spots and taking advantage of the stunning views. RJ and Makinze’s love for each other was evident in every photo, and we had a blast capturing their sweet moments together.
As we move towards the end of the session, we couldn’t help but feel excited for their upcoming wedding this September at Still Water Hollow. We know it will be a magical day. We’re honored to be their wedding photographers!
