Maddie’s Boise Foothills Senior Session

I’m daydreaming of sunny days and 70 degrees Fall weather today. So, I’m taking you all the way back to Maddie’s gorgeous senior photos! I was a little busy this past September and October preparing for my wedding, shooting 3 other weddings, and also doing a majority of my senior sessions! Needless to say, I didn’t get around to blogging all of the amazing people I was shooting this past Fall, so it’s time to play a little catch up. It would be a shame to not share these photos!

I first met Maddie through Young Life over 3 years ago. I remember when she walked into the living room of a random high school girl’s house straight after lacrosse practice. She was friendly and sweet. She stayed close to her 2 friends that she came with and remained a bit timid. If you have ever been to a Young Life club, you may know that it’s a loud, crazy, and sometimes overwhelming atmosphere. If there isn’t insane games involving dead fish or eating something a human should not eat and lots of yelling, you’re doing it wrong. Thankfully, Maddie kept coming back week after week and always brought friends with her.

She is now a senior in high school (obviously!) and it has been so fun to watch her grow and come into her own. The once new, timid girl, is now the girl who knows everyone. She’s the first one to say hello. She makes people feel at home. She is a leader. She is absolutely hilarious. She is fearless and bold. I am so excited to see where she goes and what she continues on to do, because she is going to be a world changer.
