You may remember last week’s senior session blog with Katie at the ever so adorable Edwards Greenhouse! Today’s senior, Marlei, found me through her teammate, who just so happens to be Katie, and it’s been so fun to get to know both of them! It’s a blast when I get to photograph multiple girls that are all friends with each other. I love when the domino effect works like that! I had so much fun at at Marlei’s Boise Military Reserve senior session!
Marlei is originally from San Diego and moved to Idaho just a few years ago. Boise is no San Diego by any means, but she has loved living here! Marlei plays volleyball at Eagle High and has also played club for Idaho Crush Volleyball the last few years. She is a killer libero! She also grew up playing golf with her step dad and loves to play for fun!
Marlei is applying to Boise State University and would like to study Communications with minors in broadcasting and Spanish. She actually went to a Spanish speaking school growing up — how cool is that? She is practically bilingual in Spanish and English, so she figured why not add it to the resume!
She had the cutest shoes and outfits of all time, including fresh clean vans that she refrained from wearing so that they could be perfectly white and beautiful for her senior session! I’m pretty sure I need to go get myself a pair of the adorable sandals she is wearing in her foothills photos with her skirt! I mean, how cute are they?! I love when my seniors spend time thoughtfully and carefully picking out outfits they love for their senior session!
Marlei, I had so much fun hanging out with you, and I wish you all the best as you go forward into senior year! Enjoy it… And go mustangs!
