Dreamy Summer Senior Session: Maggie

This Dreamy Summer Senior Session by the river in Eagle was such a blast! I don’t know if you know, but Boise in August is hot…like really hot. Thankfully, it usually cools off by the time golden hour hits and it’s photo session time, and this evening did exactly that! We got the dreamiest light and a gorgeous evening for Maggie’s senior photos.

Back when I first started doing photography professionally, Maggie’s family was one of the first few families I photographed! It’s crazy to see how things have come full circle since then. After I did their family photos years back, I did their older daughter’s senior photos, and now I got to do Maggie’s senior photos! I love when I get repeat clients and get to continue on a relationship with the same family for years. It’s so special. It reminds me of simpler times and makes me so grateful for where I am today. If it wasn’t for families like Maggie’s who trusted me and took a chance on me, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

It was so much fun getting to know Maggie even better at her session. She currently goes to Eagle High and will graduate this Spring! She plans on attending University of Nevada Reno and wants to apply to their nursing program. Eventually, she hopes to become a trauma nurse. Even after just spending an hour with her, I could tell that she was dedicated and driven. I have no doubt that she will accomplish her goals and be a great nurse! Maggie is also doing two senior sessions (double the fun!) so look out for her second senior session this October!

Maggie, thank you so much for letting me capture this exciting time in life! Senior year is the absolute best, so soak it up and enjoy!
