This October Foothills Rustic Engagement session was complete with cowboy boots, belt buckles, and a special appearance of Chick fil A! We had so much fun hanging out with Dyllan and Tyler for their engagement session. We got an unusually chilly day for late October (what even is usual for Boise anymore?), but they embraced the chilly weather and didn’t complain even once!
Dyllan and Tyler met each other through Tyler’s sister! Both Dyllan and Tyler like to go line dancing. One night, while they were out, Tyler’s sister noticed a cute tall girl! That night, she slid into Dyllan’s DM’s and said something along the lines of, “hey you’re both tall and you should go on a date with my brother,” and the rest was history! If that isn’t the magic of social media working for the best, I don’t know what is!
This past July, Tyler proposed to Dyllan at Blue Lake in Cascade, Idaho. They love the outdoors and it’s a special place to them. We had originally planned to do their engagement session up at Blue Lake, but unfortunately the weather held us back from making it happen. However, we did get to include another mutual love of theirs… Chick Fil A! That’s right, they brought Chick Fil A to their session! How awesome is that?! There’s nothing quite like a chicken sandwich and waffle fries.
Dyllan and Tyler are getting married at Sandstone Vineyards on July 4th next summer, which also just so happens to be their anniversary! What are the odds that it would fall perfectly on a Saturday? We cannot wait for their wedding!
