Cayla and Cole’s Dreamy Riverside Engagement Session was so much fun. After changing their original engagement session date a couple times due to sweltering hot temperatures–thanks Boise summer–it was so fun to finally photograph these two! We ventured to the Boise River in Eagle for their engagement session, and it was the perfect spot! Due to recent wildfires, there was a thin layer of smoke diffusing the sunlight which made for absolutely beautiful light! We love when we get to shoot in different conditions and light, because even if it’s a location we have photographed at many times before, it can completely change the places we put or couples and the outcome of the images.
Cayla and Cole followed our Engagement Session Style Guide to the T. They chose the most perfect outfits! For their first outfit, Cayla wore a cropped lacy white shirt paired with a pink flowy skirt from one of my favorite online boutiques, Morning Lavender. Cole’s light blue shirt complimented her outfit perfectly! For their second outfit, Cayla wore a flowy chiffon dusty blue dress, which was a dream in combination with Cole’s grey sport jacket. Take notes, folks, because these two nailed it!
They are getting married next June at Alpine Ponds Event Center in Meridian, Idaho, and we cannot wait to celebrate with them on their big day!
