Elegant Boise Foothills Engagement

Mady and Ty were superstars during their elegant Boise foothills engagement session. Ever since they chose us to be their wedding photographers in December, we have been counting down the days until we got these two in front of our cameras. And let’s just say, they did NOT disappoint!

We were blessed with an absolutely magical evening at the Boise Military Reserve. If you have spent any time in Boise in the Spring, you know things can be a little hit or miss. The week before this amazing session, we had wind, rain, thunder, and more. You just never know exactly what you are going to get.

Thankfully, this was one of those perfect days where everything comes together!

From the perfect 65 degrees, to the gorgeous glowy light, it could not have been a more pleasant day. Mady and Ty are both Idaho natives. In fact, their love began just down the street at their first date – a hike to Table Rock! When it came time to ask Mady to spend the rest of her life with him, Ty headed back to the same spot for a dream proposal. Even more special, we got to capture their engagement session at another special place to them. Mady and Ty love mountain biking, and are regulars at the Boise Military Reserve!

We also couldn’t help but drool over how amazing they looked! They took all of our engagement session style guide to heart, and were dressed to the nines. We were absolutely obsessed!

Needless to say, we can’t wait for their amazing wedding day at the Cottage at Riverbend next July! We are already counting down the days!
