Christina and Nathan’s Boise Grove Hotel Wedding was a first for us as photographers! While we have been so fortunate to celebrate and serve so many couples, this was our first hotel/ballroom wedding! It was so fun to get to experience something new this far into our photography career. But enough about us, and on to the stars of the day! Christina and Nathan’s day was absolutely fantastic! These two put so much effort into every little detail, and the day went off without a hitch! It was the last wedding of the 2021 season for us, and one we will definitely look back on fondly!
Christina and Nathan met each other while working together at the same company. After losing a bet to Nathan, Christina had to let him take her out to lunch! From there, they quickly realized they wanted to be more than friends! These two have been together for a while, and got engaged a few years ago. They decided that October of 2021 was the perfect time to tie the knot, and are we ever glad they did! While there were certainly some ups and downs throughout the planning process, the day ended up being so perfect! It was the most romantic and joyful celebration of their love for one another. It was such an honor to be a part of!
One of our favorite parts of the day was our dreamy golden hour photos! It’s no secret that we are suckers for a good golden hour – especially Karli! Usually, we shoot golden hour somewhere in nature, like in a field or by a pond. It was so fun and unique getting to do it on top of a downtown hotel terrace! It made for some absolutely stunning photos with buildings and the Boise foothills. We were absolutely in love!
Christina and Nathan are such easy people to root for.
They are always looking out for others ahead of themselves, and that was evident throughout their wedding day. They even had a gorgeous table set and amazing plated dinner for the vendors at the wedding! It was a special treat for us and our friends from Shuttershock Media and Dreamer Events!
Christina and Nathan, thank you for letting us be a part of your big day. We were so honored to get to celebrate and serve you two on this momentous occasion.
