Dreamy Fall Foothills Engagement

Kelly and Jeff absolutely rocked their dreamy Fall foothills engagement session! Boise decided to be kind to us with its weather (thank goodness!) and we had the most perfect evening at Camel’s Back Park in the north end. Jeff and Kelly spend lots of time with their pups in the foothills hiking and running on the trails. It was the perfect spot for a mix of beautiful Fall colors, foothills and sagebrush, and views of the city! Kelly was such a trooper and hiked all the way up to the top of Camel’s Back in heels! I think it’s safe to say it was totally worth it!

Jeff and Kelly first met each other in medical school. Their relationship started out with study sessions and preparing for exams. Eventually they fell in love and never looked back! They are both finishing up their final year of residency. Thankfully, they were able to rank their top hospitals in a way that allowed them to move together for their residency. Their residency landed them here in Boise, Idaho, far from their original homes on the South and East coast! They love it here and have made it their home!

After five years together, Jeff popped the question to Kelly! They went to Bogus Basin to hike and take some photos with friends. Little did Kelly know, she was about to get proposed to! Jeff had their friends ready to go with cameras and all to capture the entire thing. They have the sweetest photos of the whole proposal at the top of Bogus Basin at sunset!

Their wedding is next September, and we can’t wait! We get the pleasure of working with the amazing Sam from Sprout Design. We also get to shoot at a brand new venue, Deer Flat Ranch, and I know it’s going to be oh so gorgeous!
