Savannah and Max’s Romantic Still Water Hollow Wedding capped off a crazy week for us! While it was our last of four weddings in one week, it could not have been a better way to finish things off! From the moment we arrived, we could almost feel the love in the air! We knew almost instantly that it was going to be one of those weddings you never forget!
Savannah and Max are high school sweethearts, so you could definitely say this day was a long time coming! Everyone from the lovely couple, their parents, and all their friends and family were SO excited for these two to finally say I do! It was so fun hearing the father of the bride and the father of the groom argue about who said these two would get married first! Either way, they both got it right in the long run!
We started this perfect day with the sweetest first look! Savannah wanted this to be a private moment between her and Max, and it was so sweet!
The love these two share for one another was so evident, and they were so excited to get married!
After portraits, bridal party, and family photos, we headed into the sweetest ceremony. We absolutely love when the officiant makes a personal connection with the couple! Throughout their ceremony, that was definitely the case with Savannah and Max as they had known their officiant for a long time!
One of the coolest parts of the day was actually another creative who came to steal the show! Savannah and Max hired a professional painter, who was actually a friend from high school! She created the most amazing painting of the couple in front of the gorgeous chapel at Still Water Hollow. We were obsessed! It was such a fun way to capture the wedding day – even outside of photos!
To end the night, Savannah and Max rode off in Max’s dad red Porsche! To make things even more special, Doug had a graphic made with “just married” and their names on the back of the car. Talk about leaving your wedding in style!
Savannah and Max, thank you for letting us capture your day. We absolutely loved getting to be a part of it, and you made us feel more like part of the family than a wedding vendor! Marriage is the best, and you two are going to absolutely flourish in this next chapter of your lives! We love you guys, and will be praying for you as you start this new journey together!
