Christina and Nathan’s Merrill Park Engagement Session may have felt a bit like deja vu for them! While the weather and location were quite different, it wasn’t their first go around with engagement photos!
Christina and Nathan originally had one of our photographer friends booked to shoot their wedding. When she found out she was pregnant, and due right around Christina and Nathan’s wedding, she started looking for a backup plan. We are SO glad she chose to reach out to us, because it meant we got to meet Christina and Nathan!
This sweet couple was so kind to do ANOTHER engagement session with us! While they had done their first session in the snowy mountains, this session looked a bit different. We headed out into the crazy Boise heat wave and made the most of it! We spent the evening by the river, and it was the perfect “get to know ya” session!
We truly believe the engagement session is so important! It is such a great chance to meet each other, get our couples in front of our cameras, and just have the most fun night! We might be a little biased, but we think it’s also a great chance to get some awesome photos too! We try to do an engagement session with all of our couples – even if they have already had one, or if it is just a few days before the wedding. We believe it is just that important! Christina and Nathan were the perfect example of that!
While these two have been engaged for a few years, you can feel the love they have for one another. That love radiated through to our cameras and helped create beautiful images that we think truly capture their relationship with one another!
Christina and Nathan, thank you for being willing to do another engagement session with us! You two have so much love for one another, and we are honored to witness it! We cannot wait to celebrate and serve you at The Grove Hotel in October! It is going to be a day to remember 🙂
