David and I met a few years before our love story really began. We went to a small private christian high school and had always known of each other. There were only 300 people total in our whole high school so it was pretty easy to keep track of everyone. David is 2 years older […]
Why wedding photography? This is a question that people ask me a lot. Why not do marketing, or work for a corporation with steady pay and benefits and actually use your business degree? Why not just photograph cute families? Why put yourself under that kind of pressure? Okay, if I’m being entirely honest, maybe some […]
A Dreamy Idaho Winter Elopement In the winter months, it’s pretty rare that I get to do any kind of wedding photos, so when Whitney reached out asking about coverage for a small ceremony and portrait photos for their Idaho elopement, I was elated! No matter how big or small, I love when people invite […]

We both studied business and ended up in a lot of the same classes. While I cannot say I enjoyed Accounting 101 […]
I knew Krysten from high school and was so excited when she reached out to me about wedding photography. She has been with Derik since high school, so it was fun to watch their relationship evolve over the years. When she told me their venue was Harmony Ranch, I had no idea what to expect. I had never seen or heard of it before, and didn’t get a chance to get in to see it before the wedding, so I was hoping for the best! It ended up being the most quaint and sweet venue hidden in Eagle, Idaho.

Abby and Ryan’s wedding was no exception here! From getting to take bridal party photos at Abby’s family’s ranch, to the groom and his groomsmen wearing cowboy hats, boots, and jeans, it was yet another amazing Idaho wedding day! Read more to hear a beautiful story about the start of Abby and Ryan’s relationship!
