Mairyn and Bryan’s Winter Still Water Hollow Wedding was a wintry dream! From the groom and groomsmen’s classic black suits, to the gorgeous gold sequin bridesmaid dresses, this wedding was the perfect celebration of the New Year. With touches of evergreen, pinecones, greenery, and gold, this wedding married winter elegance with new beginnings. Even though we have photographed many weddings at Still Water Hollow, this was our first time capturing a ceremony held inside the historic white chapel, and it may just be our new favorite ceremony location at the gorgeous venue located in Nampa, Idaho.
We knew Mairyn was fit to be a winter bride when we photographed their engagement session last Spring. In true Boise fashion, it was a balmy 80 degrees. She shared she would much rather be too cold than hot and sweaty (which I can agree with!) and that winter seemed like the perfect time to have a wedding. While it was warmer than expected for January 2nd in Boise, Idaho, it was still a perfect day for these two to tie the knot!
The highlight of the day was truly the love that Mairyn and Bryan share for each other. They were over the moon giddy to be married. Every minute was full of fun, laughter, and sweet moments. Even though they downsized their guest list due to Covid, the party was as vibrant as ever. Nothing could steal their joy even if it tried!
